Can’t make it to the spa? ¬†Head to you kitchen and whip up these recipes for a relaxing at home spa experience.

Brown sugar + milk = body exfoliator

Yogurt + honey = sensitive skin and redness remedy

Safflower oil + sunflower oil = scalp treatment

Petroleum jelly + raw, unrefined sugar = lip scrub

A dash of salt + water = surf spray for hair

Rosewater + coconut milk = relaxing bath

Warmed-up olive oil = prewash treatment for hair

Green tea + water = toner

Lemon juice + chamomile tea = hair lightener

Epsom salt + almond oil + cinnamon oil + sandalwood oil + allspice oil = hand and foot scrub

Mix equal parts for all recipes, give or take a little more here and a little less there.
