There’s no doubt about it, a tall cold glass of water is the most refreshing drink on a hot summer day.  But let’s face it, plain ole’ water can just get…well….boring.   By adding some fruit, veggies or herbs to your water, you can turn that boring water into a refreshing spa drink.

Cucumber Lemon Mint – Cut into thin slices one cucumber and one lemon and add to pitcher.  Next, lightly crush a few fresh mint leaves, to release the flavor, and add to the pitcher.  Pour cold water and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Pour over ice and enjoy!
